Principle Risks
* Investments in money market portfolios are not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) or any other government agency. Although the portfolios seek to preserve the value of your investment at $1 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in the portfolio. In addition, there will be no assurance that money market portfolios will maintain a net asset value of $1 per share.
